Kanai Mondal has brightened the image of Dalit society

Madhugram is a green and beautiful village under Dumuria upazila in Khulna district. A poor resident of this village is Chitto Mondal. There are five members of his family, including three sons. Due to this, he has to work very hard to manage the expenses of such a large family. His younger son, Kanai Mondal, had been studying at the local Dalit school since childhood. DALIT was with him throughout so that his study was not stopped due to his father’s financial indolence. At one point, Kanai Mondal passed SSC and HSC and got admission to the Government Agriculture College near Daulatpur, Khulna and completed his Diploma in Agriculture there. Even then, he was getting a monthly stipend and guidance from DALIT. Recently, when a government job position was vacant at the upazila level, he applied, successfully passed the various stages of the recruitment test, and got appointed to that position. Currently, he is working as a deputy assistant agriculture officer in Manirampur Upazila, Jashore district. Kanai Mondal has brought glory to the family as well as Dalit society through his talent, for which DALIT has also congratulated him.
